What's new in: Q1 2026

The latest updates to the platform will go live on 7th April.

The app will also be updated to v5.0.13 on the 8th April.

Multi-module courses: group SCORM files under a single course

Many eLearning providers — including Train4Academy and iHasco — now deliver training as multiple SCORM files. You can now group these under one parent course, making it far easier to manage modular programmes and track learner progress in one place.

  Create a parent course and attach any number of child modules beneath it
  Assign at parent level and employees automatically receive all modules
  Existing single-module courses are completely unaffected

The notification bell is your personal update hub. It now surfaces everything assigned or relevant to you — training, surveys, news and more — all in one place.

Please note: Communications module

The Notification Hub is available to customers with the Communications module. Enhancements for other modules are planned for future releases.

Tiered notifications, deep links & delivery dashboard

You can now choose how urgently a message is delivered. Three priority levels give you full control over how notifications reach your people — from a standard in-app alert to a push notification that lands immediately on the device.

  Group-level triggers based on membership or activity
  New delivery dashboard — sent, delivered and read rates at a glance
  Auto-sync on login so employees always see the latest
  Notifications link directly to relevant content for instant action

 

Performance module enhancements

A range of improvements giving you more structure, flexibility and control over how performance reviews are configured and completed.

  Structured sections for grouping statements and scoring, with headings and subheadings for improved reporting clarity
  Employee-only performance reviews now supported
  Template-level signature settings — control whether managers can edit employee review data

Lock workgroups at group level

Prevent site-level changes to mandatory training by locking workgroups so they can only be managed from group level.

Switch sites on tablet without signing out

Tablet users can switch between sites directly, with no need to sign out and back in.

Marketplace licences at division level

Manage and assign marketplace licences at division level for complex organisations.

AI course duplication

Duplicate an AI-generated course as a starting point, saving time when building similar programmes.

 

Improvements (click each for more details )
Training type visible in reports: filter by SOP, eLearning and more
The Manager Matrix and other reports now show what type of training each item is, with filtering by type. No more identical course names with no way to tell them apart during an audit.
🔍 Alphabetical filtering and search across all reports
All reports now support alphabetical filtering and search, making it faster to find specific employees or training items.
📄 Document owner notified when approval is complete
When all approvers have reviewed a document, the document owner is now automatically notified. No more manually chasing approvals.
📅 Future completion dates are now blocked
It's no longer possible to set a completion date in the future, preventing data entry errors that can affect compliance records.
Archive employees with a reason
When archiving an employee you can now add a comment explaining why, making records easier to review and reducing back-and-forth with support.
Employees can refresh training on the tablet
When the "Allow employee to refresh training" site setting is on, employees can now refresh training directly from the tablet app.
Mandatory fields clearly indicated when creating procedures
Required fields when creating an SOP or procedure now display a clear indicator, reducing incomplete submissions.
🔒 Password & security improvements
Password encryption strengthened across the platform. Force password reset now defaults to your site setting when generating a new password.
