What's new in Nvolve
The Q2 release goes live on 7 July. Fourteen updates across the platform — from certificate branding to mobile checklists — all available in your account from that date.
New this quarter
Available to all customers from 7 July, with no configuration required to get started.
Your brand on every certificate you issue
Certificates now carry your logo at the top, with Nvolve sitting quietly as a "powered by" mark underneath. You can also choose your own signatory, so the name on every certificate reflects your organisation. The default signatory has been updated to align with current account settings — your Customer Success Manager can walk you through any changes.

Changes you will notice
Eight updates that improve day-to-day use of the platform — from the way expiry periods are configured to how the platform handles employee language preferences.
Expiry can now be set to any number of months or years, replacing the fixed preset values. The dropdown now shows Months and Years as options, giving you full control over training renewal cycles.
When creating or editing Digital Procedures, the procedure title now remains visible throughout. Previously it disappeared in certain views during authoring, causing confusion about which procedure was being edited.
The platform now carries your chosen language across sessions. For frontline workers operating in a language other than English, this removes a repeated friction point — the language no longer resets on each login.
Usability improvements to the three-party sign-off workflow for customers who require countersign on training records. Addresses reported friction in the countersign flow across several accounts.
The Attendance and Group Update tab in the Course Scheduler now includes a sort function. Admins can sort the employee list and mark attendance far more efficiently, particularly useful for larger classroom sessions.
Admin users can now filter the Grace Period and On Hold reports by manager, in addition to the existing workgroup filter. This makes it straightforward to see which employees within a particular manager's team have training in grace period or on hold.
When performing a group training update by employee or by procedure, admins can now set a training reason — such as a complaint or corrective action — exactly as they can against individual training items. This keeps the audit trail consistent for bulk retraining events.
The Unique Identifier field is now mandatory when adding an employee individually, bringing it in line with bulk import. Each ID is unique across the group and appears in every employee report export.
Enhancements and fixes
Six major improvements from the Product Board, plus three minor UI updates, shipping as part of the Q2 release.
Customers can now configure what counts as compliant within their own account. Definitions can be set at group and site level, replacing the single platform-wide setting and allowing the platform to reflect the way your organisation actually works.
The BRCGS Global Standard for Packaging Materials Issue 7 template is now available within the Audit module, addressing a gap for customers in the packaging supply chain segment.
Security and self-serve improvements to the password reset and new user invite process. Reduces support overhead from password-related requests and improves the onboarding experience for users joining the platform.
The audit history now shows clearly who made each change, making the audit trail self-serve for admins and site managers. This was one of the more frequent sources of support requests, and the update removes the need to contact support for that information.
The group sign-off flow now supports multiple certificates issued at the point of sign-off. Reduces the manual effort for facilitators completing classroom sessions, particularly where different certificates apply to different attendees.
Employees can now complete checklists directly on the mobile app. Previously checklists were available on desktop only, which limited their use for frontline workers who primarily access the platform on a device.
Minor UI improvements
Clicking a single notification marks only that item as read. The Mark all as read button clears everything at once.
The platform now prevents future dates from being entered in completion date fields, removing a common source of data quality issues in compliance records.
The workflow for partial questionnaire completion has been updated to clarify expected behaviour and reduce related support queries.
