An unusual situation developed for a client in the chocolate manufacturing business of one of our clients.

They discovered that a number of pre-authorised site visitors including unusually, minors were not adhering to the site rules but instead disembarking from the pre-defined safe routes to other higher risk areas.

Amongst the reports, included one accidentally falling into the chocolate river, one accessing and even tasting new experimental products which caused an allergic response and needed urgent juicing attention.

Site Quality and Compliance manager Mr O Loompah explained ,

“We had strict protocols but the affected visitors seemed determined to ignore them and the outcomes have been severe.

Now with Nvolve implemented in the factory, we can see better where risks exist and can identify areas for re-training our factory staff.

It has resulted in a significant rise in our compliance scores and thankfully no further incidents of this nature being recorded and we have even been able to half the budget spent on the juicing room.
