Phenomenal Training Ltd
Maximising Our Human Edge During Transformation

I run a training consultancy that focuses on maximising human potential during transformational times – for a range of clients including Unilever, The Body Shop, Hobbs and Heathrow Airport. We have seen a complete change in how we work, interact and live. Such is the pace of change, any principles created pre-Feb 2020 around classic skills e.g. teamwork, leadership, sales, service and motivation require an update. We are never too young to lead, and never too old to learn!

It is an invigorating time to be supporting clients in helping their people develop what I call a ‘foxy mindset’ – to be adaptable and wide-minded like the fox, rather than static and fixed like a panda. Each week I co-host the Secrets From a Coach podcast, and please feel free to dip into the complimentary library of 30 minute lunch & learn webinars.

We have an unprecedented opportunity to evolve how we create opportunity and equip people with skills and confidence to succeed!
