Established in 1978, Kinnerton Confectionery is Britain’s largest manufacturer of chocolate and novelty confectionery specialising in character licensing. They produce private label and bespoke confectionery for Britain’s largest retailers as well as many famous brands.

The challenge that Kinnerton faced was to implement a training and compliance system that would help streamline their operations to ensure high quality produce, and a safe working environment at all times.
Kinnerton Confectionery had originally used a paper and manual based approach to training and compliance but evidently wanted to move towards an automated paperless system that would track and document training results and certificates, ensure their training matrix was always up to date whilst also ensures that they were audit ready every day with instant access to high level risk and compliance management reports.
Having assessed the market they selected the Group Learner™ Compliance and Training platform as it with was the best fit for their exact requirements for their manufacturing site in Fakenham and Sherburn-in-Elmet.
