GI Group & Kerry Foods

The Challenge

They are audited by a number of organisations including, Kerry, McDonalds, Mark and Spencer’s and internally by the GI Group as well. The team are required to maintain a high-level of compliance in relation to the training of all staff that they provide to the site.

The Solution

GI Group use the Nvolve Platform to ensure that all inductions and food safety training is provided to employees and that they can easily prove this during an audit.

Prior to using Nvolve, GI Group were using large quantities of paper.

Lynn Sleet at GI Group said about the Nvolve Platform:

‘Because we’re very heavily audited there are many things that need to be dotted and crossed… So yes it does reduce the paperwork.’

“The Nvolve platform makes auditing so much easier as we don’t have to pull records and look through paper files. Theoretically, our customers could come to the head office and audit training records for any of our sites from there.”
