Hello and welcome to the Nvolve Platform Update for June 2020.
Across the very top, you’ll see some changes to the main menu structure.
We now have:
- Workforce and;
With Learning, we’re here to ensure that employee have the skills and knowledge to excel in their role.
With Communication, you can stay connected with your diverse workforce and ensure everyone is up to speed and kept in the loop with important news and information.
For Engagement, you’ll strengthen the voice of your employee and empower employees to identify opportunities for improvement.
With Performance, you can deliver continuous employee performance feedback, and encourage your employees to go that extra mile within the sub menu structures.
If we look at Learning, there’s no longer any additional sub-menus. Everything is now just kept in this one simple menu. You’ll notice that the Blended Learning items have each been pulled out and are given a listing of their own – Keypad Courses has been renamed from the Group Training courses; Open Learning has been renamed from the Knowledge Library section; Course Calendar formerly known as the Course Schedule; And lastly, the Compliance Confirmations is replacing the Policy Awareness section.
With Communication, we have the Company News, Push Notifications and the Job Board options.
Within Engagement, we have our Improvement Ideas, formerly labelled the Continuous Improvement section and our Pulse Surveys.
Lastly, within Performance, we have our Peer Recognition, formerly Employee Recognition, our Coaching Reviews and a listing for your company’s Core Values.
The Workforce section will remain the same and continue to house your listings of Employees, Managers, and Work Groups.
Within Reports, we’ve been working on adding in some additional reports for each of these new sections.
Our June update is part of a much larger update that we have planned for September this year, where we’ll be having a redesign of our user interface. Our team is really excited for this upcoming change and we can’t wait to show you later this year!
