We’re happy to announce some changes occurring to the Nvolve Platform for Operational Excellence going live Monday, December 16th.
This version of the platform combines our two previous products of Nvolve Learn and Nvolve Engage. With this update, we are re-positioning and focusing our existing features around four core modules. They are: Learning Management; Internal Communication; Continuous Improvement; and Employee Recognition.
Once you are logged into the platform, you will see some changes to the menu and sub-menu structures. Additional information on each menu item is listed below:
Learning Management is centered around your operating procedures, training modules, and other documented processes, and ensures your employees are fully compliant and have the knowledge and skills they need to do their job well.
Internal Communication is where you can keep your finger on the pulse of your workforce and reach out to your company via news articles, pulse surveys, and push notifications. As mentioned earlier, every Nvolve Enterprise customer will receive access to their own fully branded employee mobile app (at no additional cost), where your employees can go to stay in the loop and fully up to speed on important news and information.
Continuous Improvement provides a place where you can collect, store, implement, and track ideas generated by your workforce to improve your company’s products, services, and processes, allowing you to aim for perfection across your entire business.
Employee Recognition will improve your employee experience by making sure employees are acknowledged and recognised by senior management and their peers for a job well done and living up to your company’s core values. In this section, you can award points or “kudos” to one another and let someone know you appreciate the work they do.
Workforce will house your listing of your company’s employees and managers as well as any work groups you have set up, such as departments, teams, or shifts.
Reports will still contain the same reporting mechanisms as before, however, there will be additional options with the increased number of features available to you.
